Mine arrived during the week. Came with a scarf, medallion, fridge magnet, membership card, fuel voucher and the voucher to collect my members cap. Why doesn't the club just post a cap out with everything else they send? Why do we need to queue up in order to get one.
Glad that it's finally here but it's piss poor customer service all round by our club, and more so because the majority of us have rolled over our memberships from last year.

Got it today.... minus the medallion  . Collect the cap at the G ?? I'm in Perth, the side play here in the last round of the year.... awesome.

I can;t help obviously but surely a Nickster could offer to collect it for you in an earlier round and post it to you. I agree it should be sent out to those outside of Melbourne but maybe this a good (although it costs) work around. Or are there any FIFOs from Melbourne in your camp.

We're going over for Anzac Day so should be able to collect it then I guess. I just can't understand why they don't put it in the pack?
I emailed the club, got any auto response saying how busy they are and will try to respond within 3 working days... really, THAT busy

I got my membership pack too, but I need to collect the cap from the G. I live in Brisbane and will not be able to make any of the games at the G this year.
Can't see the reasoning by the club doing this, at least they could offer an alternative if we can't make it - or is it that they don't want interstate members. At least they could offer to pick it up at any interstate game the Pies play, or let post is to us (we can surely pay the postage if that is the worry).
If anyone can, volunteer to pick it up for me and post it (I will gladly pay the cost), please do.
Else, I will send the voucher to anyone who want it as I won't be able to use it.

Called up today as I haven’t received anything yet and was paid up in December. Told that ‘there’s been so much change and the review and our attitude has changed and things have changed for the better’ but the membership department hasn’t changed anything yet so....yeah.
Pull yourself together Collingwood ffs.

| When was the last time the cap got posted in the mail? It gets squashed doesn't it, so you pick it up from a booth outside the ground during games, or from headquarters during the week. I don't see the problem.

There is no issue if you live in Victoria, but not all members do. In this day and age there are more fragile items being posted than a simple cap, it is an option that the club should offer to anyone willing to pay the postage. I don't see a big deal in giving us who live interstate, that option.
