Have we had any indications that that's the case? He's on the extended bench, which at least suggests that he's not totally in the dog house, but I wouldn't necessarily assume he's in the 23. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

The fact is, since the umpires stopped giving any frees to Ginni, his goal output dried up considerably. He is still a skilful high impact goal sneak, but since the arrival of Bobby Hill, he is no longer automatically in our best 23. |

Look this output of goals from free kicks is not the only reason for his dry spell. In Castlemaine footy, he kicked multiple goals from playing good football and being evasive and mercurial in his ability to score. I think that he is down on confidence and that can be remedied. Class is permanent. _________________ I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm ☔️ |

We will be linked to many, many players in the coming months.
We are Collingwood, that's what click-bait journos do.
Already this week linked to Scott Lycett and Max Holmes.
Neither will end up at Collingwood.
We have Cameron, Cox, Begg, Steene, Frampton and McStay- none are likely to retire.
Geelong would be insane to trade a very good young mid to a chief rival.
Wait for more news around other players from other clubs desperate to come to Collingwood...
You won't be waiting long...
Mind you, if we win the flag, guys like Ben McKay might want out of a lower-ranked club to have a shot at a premiership... _________________ Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away... |

I fully agree. The player managers have been using this “interest from Collingwood” bullshit for years and honestly, we should all know this by now and ignore it as crap. I only get excited when a deal is done and dusted. Until then it’s a grain of salt stuff and time for skepticism. _________________ I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. Ash Johnson to shun interest from opposition clubs & remain loyal to Collingwood. Ash will re-commit to the Pies in a new deal to be announced shortly.

Seriously no!
He may be an OK footballer but you don't want his parents anywhere near the club. _________________ If you are foolish enough to be contented, don't show it, but just grumble with the rest. - Jerome K Jerome |

Based on experiences at junior sport level, not exactly good sports.
And local gossip has it that they cracked it last year when Max was not selected in the Cats GF team. _________________ If you are foolish enough to be contented, don't show it, but just grumble with the rest. - Jerome K Jerome |
