IN: Shaw, Didak, Reid
OUT: Seedsman, Ugle/Sinclair, Buckley

Think Dawes is slowly improving so keep him in.

Why Paine? I mean, it's great to give him game time, but what has he achieved that Sinclair or Seedsman haven't? I think it's notable that he wasn't even selected as an emergency last week after being dropped. He'll be good one day, but he needs time to develop in the VFL.

I know it's tough dropping a player after one game, but Ugle would probably be the first to go, with Fasolo also due for a spell. My ins and outs would be (depending on fitness):

In: Didak, Shaw, Thomas, Reid
Out: Ugle, Fasolo, Seedsman (unlucky), Buckley (very unlucky)

I'm inclined to drop Dawes so we'd need another big body in the forward line so thats were Paine comes in.
Not sure why you consider Seedsman unlucky, I'm a fan but he was deplorable on ANZAC Day, 4 touches for 3 clangers in 3.5 quarters.

Just on Dawes, he's kicked less goals in 5 games than Jack Anthony has in 3, food for thought....

Paine is BIG!!! hmm??? He may be 1cm taller than Dawes but Big???Nah.

Dawes is a friggin walking mountain. And Paine is a skinny 18yr old (don't get me wrong I have big dibs on the kid). Even when Dawes was his age he was bigger.

Have you seen him shoulders?

Just on this whole Dawes thing, the bloke is being asked to play second ruck so I don't think we can expect bags of goal. Unless I am a very poor judge I have actually liked his intensity at the ball and the way he makes the oppostion nervous plus last week he took more overhead marks, depsite dropping some than in any other game I can remember.

Also on Fasolo maybe he isn't quite setting the world on fire but he still has 6 goals, how many did Didak kick all last year?

First change is clear:

out: Seedsman (definitely our worst on Anzac Day; just not physically up to a tough game)

in: Didak

Rest will depend on fitness. If all of Reid, Shaw and Thomas are back, then:

out: Ugle (tough but fair), Buckley (needs more time, but Shaw is far better), Sinclair/Goldsack (very unlucky; want one in for the pressure, the other becomes expendable with Thomas back. Sinclair was better on Anzac Day, but Goldscak offers something a little different)

The other possible out for Reid would be Keeffe in a like for like swap. Would be very harsh, but sometimes team balance is more important.

Didnt realise Jack Anthony was playing also as a ruck............. Shocked

Jack Anthony's played 2 and a half games for the year. Even with Dawes playing in the ruck, do you reckon across his 5 games he has spent less time up forward than Anthony has in his 2 and a half?

Let's keep things in perspective here, he is chopping out Jolly for at most 10 minutes a quarter. What has he been doing for the other 20? Not kicking goals, that's for sure.
