Post subject: Why Mal Michael really left Pies | |
|
Well,
It seems Mal left due to the following reason
I should say was asked to leave.
[CUT - Sorry Member - not on here - not in public - thank you]
Well done Mal
Why do we get all the idiots at the club.
The club has tried to keep a lid on this

Member,
That's the second negative message today. Buckley and now Mal. I don't see the point???
The Buckley thing I took on board now I wonder why I bothered. I guess it was more to do with Joffa putting his hand up than you. You can just F$%^ OFF! with all your negative crap and go back to talking about your neighbours, your work mates, anyone as long as it's back stabbing eh?

Lets get one thing straight.
The Club is bigger than the individual.
I wanted this to become public to you all because its not fair that the club keeps coping shit on why we let players go.
Now if any of you can't handle the truth than don't reply.
I am not bagging the club, I am actually congratulating them that they had the balls to piss off a player that is trouble.
When I pay money to the club for players to play I want them to give 100% like I do at work and not stuff around with indecent behaviour.
As to the person that told me to F_ _ _ off. I find you immature and irresponsible to be a collingwood follower.
From now on I will do as you wish and never right on here again.
I don't need to reveal my sources.
I was right about gehrig and all the players that got sacked.
I am correct about Mal and also Buckley.
Its not as if a spend countless of hours on here like I have nothing else to do, I do have a live.
Why don't you all at least find out facts before you create bullshit rumours on here.
I was trying to give everyone a legitimate insight into factual information.
I GUESS YOU ALL DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT, INSTEAD YOU WANT RUMOUR AND INNUENDO.
GOOD LUCK AND GOODBYE |

Member you told a story that slurred Mal Michael's character. I saw no sign of evidence to back up what you were saying. A story without evidence is a rumour - and you're the one that is spreading it.
That's fine, if you want to try your hand at defending yourself in a defamation action, that's your business, go for it.
I'm not going to let you drag me along with you. |

"As to the person that told me to F_ _ _ off. I find you immature and irresponsible to be a Collingwood follower"
Bugga!!! I didn't read the prerequisites for becoming a Collingwood follower.
Let me see… Ahhhh! Here it is:
Item. 81 Section B "Prospective supporters will need to prove maturity and responsibility prior to supporting Collingwood"
Maturity Test - the following attributes will need to be shown:
A. The ability to tie your shoe laces on your own
B. The ability to use a knife and fork
C. The ability to handle criticism without taking your 'bat and ball' and going home
Responsibility Test - the following attributes will need to be shown:
A. To clean up all your toys before you go to bed
B. Eat all your vegies without prompting
B. To provide "legitimate insight into factual information" in a public forum without the said person being able to answer the allegations.

Have to agree with Mike's call here. The story about Mal may be doing the rounds of every pub in the Southern hemisphere, but to post it on this board would bring a few legal problemos! (And associated costs!) In short, it aint worth it.
I believe the libel laws in the US are slightly more lenient than in Oz (or the UK). There, public figures can cop heaps, with little recourse through the courts.
One must use the magic "alleged" etc, to avoid such things. Having done a bit of journoing part time here (for Aussie press) it is suprising what you think is legit is viewed as suss by the legal eagles.
Member, I'm not bagging you here but rumour, innuendo and factual information???? Come on mate, if your sources are watertight, quote them. Otherwise, its the same as Millwall stories I make up for the Soccer forum! (Even though I know they are true, honestly!)
And lets not forget these type of stories have been going round for years (Alf, can you name the bloke who wound up the window in the celebrate Geelong incident years ago???)

Michael Turner... was allegedly a very good player.
Who was the Carlton bloke at the airport with his hand on it? |

Sorry Member I might have gone over the top. Australia may have just missed a medal at the time of posting and hence the agro attitude. I remember reading what you said about Gehrig and thinking at the time "good info". So keep posting.

Sorry, Dave. I don't know what celebrated Geelong incident you're referring to. I was probably still in Adelaide at the time.
