Typical Liberal shit speel.

Rich stay rich, poor stay poor.

Why the f*ck would you make a policy to increase hecs and not give a reason. The man is a f*cking disgrace and so are you for your smug output on here.

As if you support a party with f*cking Howard, Downer, Costello, Ruddock, Abbott, Vanstone etc.

So keep being smug, your time will come.

You mean students from lower and middle class families being able to afford going to uni to get their degree to hopefully one day get the job they want?

Yeah, that would have been tragic wouldn't it?

See Exactly!

Howards ****ed this country like there is no end. And its a pity the Australian public keeping showing how stupid they are after each and every single election. I thought they wouldve learnt by now with all this gst, cutting medibank and telstra...

Yes mags you are the youth but you are not old enough to remember how woeful the last Labor government was!

17.5% interest rates and 13% unemployment, you may have been able to pay for your Uni but you wouldnt have found a job after it!

Because people have long memories EBB!

Why change for the sake of it? No point risking something when the current way of things is going fine!

I go to uni, I will be able afford it. You don't get everything for free, and I will have to pay it off.

Do people realise that students don't have to pay a cent off their course until they are making $35,000 and above (from next year - was $26,000 this yr I think).

GST - He told everyone there would be a GST, but was still voted in. Only the public can blame themselves for that. The tax system was unworkable as it was.

Medibank - Cutting it? Okay then.

Telstra - I don't necessarily agree with selling all of Telstra off. But, I won't comment on it until I know all the details about it, unlike alot of other Australians, who form opinions based on propoganda and BS media reports.

Because Labor's so called Medicare Gold Card was $750 MILLION underfunded. Um, if they can't do the sums when they are not in government - how will they be able to do them once they are in? On top of that, there aren't anough nurses and doctors to cope anyway, and it would force the young out of hospitals.
