At approx 10am this morning the 5th day of january, a certain gentleman whom we believe is a current user of this board,was seen to be jaywalking across smith st collingwood.The last known wherabouts of this person was seen in the vicinity of 'mcdonalds restaurant'This person should be treated with extreme caution we advise strongly that you do not approach this person instead please contact your local authority.
