Pies' manager contests sacking over alleged drug dealing

I just wanted to say that Sherryn Osborne is one of the rudest people I have ever come across and she should have been sacked years ago for her lack of people skills, essential I believe when working in customer service.

Unfair dismissal, I think not !!!!!

She bought the clubs name into ill rispute (you know what I mean)....that is in any employment contract...if you do that you are gone baby!

She did the crime and now she must do the time.

The club has every right to dismiss her as she was abusing her employer by using her club supplied mobile phone to make some of these deals.

Also one must ask how many children ended consuming the product she was allegedly selling.

All I am saying WhyPhilWhy? is that she should have been sacked long before the whole drugs issue in the first place as she lacks many essential skills for the job she was hired for i.e. politeness !!

Nicole - yes, you are perfectly entitled to suggest that, in your opinion, she should be sacked for poor customer service skills.

No-one is entitled to suggest that she should be sacked for a crime she has not yet been convicted of.

I'm not worried about her - I'm concerned for Nick's.

ask anyone that only been to minimum security for minor offences.. they don't want to leave....
they get to play bingo... god one person even got to keep a kitten and they had it fed for them... by the guards.. HMM

Go Rupe and Richie Cole Rocks, would suggest you get a very large reality check before you make such asinine comments. Have either of you any actual experience of behind bars or has your expert opinion been from 6.30pm TV exposes or talkback radio.

Would be amused to see how either would cope with being remanded in custody before trial, may be a nice little test of survival. Minimum security can be an easy regime as long as not with violent offenders otherwise in harder categories, life aint so easy.

We are pre-supposing whether MS Osborne is for HM pleasure but life may not be too easy for her in the clink. Re her guilt, if they have conclusive proof she's stole from the club, then she has no legal leg to stand on re unfair dismissal, end of story. The drugs are another matter and for the cops to handle.
