So does this IMPLY that the club is giving her some sort of renumeration?
I thought dismissal under these charges meant you lost annual leave, sick pay entitlement etc, the whole lot?
Christ, what do you have to do these days to sack someone?!

Perhaps the club can give her job to Rupert.

Dyso,

Not necessarily, would depend on the terms of the award or contract under which she was employed. In MOST circumstances , if dismissed on criminal grounds one would forgo most if not all entitlements; super excluded.

As I would read this report, she may not have received financial settlement.

I am very happy she is gone. She would have to be the rudest person to work in ever work in Retail. I can finally go into the shop and not have to wait half an to be served because she was too busy telling someone that she just bought hair extensions for $700. The $700 was given to her from her boyfriend Shane. Gee, I wonder where he got the money from?
