SRS is far from a nip and tuck, or cut and tuck as some call it. This is not just cosmetic surgery CQ, it's something people are born with. Should we make the Blind pay to train their dogs as well or are you just happy to discriminate against Transexuals! |
Wheres all the proof they are born this way. For every case Ive read about there is another where the person didnt do it and is now glad about it. |
Some expert Doctors claim that there is something in the brain that causes people to feel that they were born the wrong gender. I am not sure what they call it, it has something to do with some part of the brain. _________________ Ðavâgé

Dare I suggest in many cases it is a mental illness. Although, seeing I don't know much about transsexuals, I may be wrong. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

What do they get, an inflatable or what?
I think the whole thing is based on mental concepts about what males and females are supposed to be. Why can't someone accept being a butch female or a 'soft' male? Why do you need an organic prosthetic to go with being a bit out of the stereotypes? |

I would say I question whether it is of much benefit in most cases to get a sex change, without actually *disapproving* of it, I mean people should be able to do what they want with their own bodies.
I certainly am not passing judgement, it's hard to judge something like that not being in that position and having little idea of what it is like.
So if that's what someone wants to do, maybe it works for them in some cases. Also if your mojo is not working at all and you think it never will, then might as well put it to alternative use I suppose, to put it bluntly. But not the sort of decision you want to make "willy nilly" (so to speak). |
