Correct.
Kazaalite was shut down when Sharmon Networks (australia) bought Kazaa. Kazaa is full of ads, spyware, anything they can load into it to make a buck.
You can find Kazaalite by using any of the other file sharing programs. It has no, repeat no, adware, spyware.
