Nothing new in this. And will never be stopped.
Learn to live with it.

Sort of like other celebs, give them a micrphone, or a camera and someone who show's little interest, and they will carry on.

Which is what the ARIAS is about

Another Cat Empire fan!

What musical talents they are. And I am seeing them live tonight!!!! Very Happy
I'm so exited!

Nominated for 4 ARIAS 3 of which Jet beat them for, the other they should have won. If it wernt for Jet they would have had a big night.

Sometimes, the other times they do it to get their face on TV.

Actually I found the ARIAs pretty boring........ Cos it's Australian there was no Linkin Park, no P.O.D., no Coldplay...... even stupid Black Eyed Peas were better than most of the stuff there.... Pete Murray and Living End are the only good Aussie bands out at the moment.

Their guitarist performed a song with Powderfinger's lead singer, Spiderbait's drummer, and Jet's lead singer and a few others at the end of the program

And if you look for Evie - Part 1, make sure you get parts 2 & 3 as well.
All time classic that must be heard in its entirety.

[quote="magpie greg"]David the song they performed was the Vanda and Young classic "Evie - Part 1" which was a No 1 hit for fellow former Easybeats man Stevie Wright in 1974.

Careful Greg you're getting positive about something! But still you mispelt it!

Get off it foxy. Linkin Park, POD produce some very good music. Just because it doesn't suit your tastes, doesn't mean it isn't good music.
