A decent firewall can prevent anything serious, and Adaware and Hijackthis are enough post-mortem scanning to clean up anything.

Adaware - yeah, once it was able to, but there are some things it simply can't cleanup these days - particularly the free version. The only problem with Hijackthis, is that people need to know what they are doing to run it.

You are right though, if you protect yourself enough, you can avoid 99% of it.

This is what it says on mine when I try and open up the direct link that joel gave to us.

Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name might not be correct, the server might not be available, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

Does ANYONE know how I can fix this? I have adsl, is that fast enough to run it?

How do you work out the addy of the games, I have telstra Cable, I want to download a game they have on the site from 2001. Coll v Carlton. When iI watch the game from the afl site it only gives it to me in qtrs not the full match. How can i do it so i can watch it like the way you have had the others ?

Think I�ve cracked the URL code so you can watch any team/game/round

mms://wmt.streaming.telstra.com/wh_afl0/afl/premiership/2005/09/2-560.wmv -- this highlighted section signifies the round in this season�s home and away season

mms://wmt.streaming.telstra.com/wh_afl0/afl/premiership/2005/09/2-560.wmv - this signifies the 2nd game for that round/weekend. In that the Friday night game is the 1st game for the weekend, etc.

mms://wmt.streaming.telstra.com/wh_afl0/afl/premiership/2005/11/1-560.wmv

This URL means it is Round 11, first game for the weekend (Friday) = this game happens to be Collingwood v Geelong

So by changing the numbers in the corresponding URL, you can see every round and game that has passed this year.
