Our good friend and moderator, Magfan8 has had a special event in his life.

Recently his Mother turned the big 3 digits!
Yes, 100 not out.

Congratulations to her and I'm hoping there are many more years to come.

P.S. Does the queen still send a telegram? Or is it an SMS now?

Getting letters of congratulations from Queen Liz, the GG, the PM, NSW Premier and Opposition leader and 4 other pollies is one thing but she has followed the Pies since I educated her in 1958 so getting something from Eddie would top the lot!

Mum (Lorna) blows a kiss to all Pies fans in Nick's. Very Happy

is it possible at all that someone from nicks could try and have a chat to eddie about donnys mum turning 100yrs old and see if he could write a letter or something like that to her and congratulate her on the milestone.

i dont think it would matter if the letter is small, it would mean so much to her no doubt.
