The kids are out, hubby went to the speedway (just to watch, car went bang!) and i begged off to finish packing up Christmas & tidy up - and i discovered a million ants in the garage! so i whipped out the Macro, my new macro flash ring, and the super macro! the pics arnt as sharp as id like but its dusk, the garage lights arnt very bright, and well kneeling on the concrete floor is not very stable! But good practice.

Last week my eldest sister had a snake handler out to teach her dog to avoid snakes!!
you can see me reflected in his eye! spooky!!

Kids and grandson came over briefly tonight. The grandson, Sharknado, was in the sooks which has been usual of recent times, going to grandads house means he's about to go back to mums so the temper isn't great.
However, he wanted to get on the piano out the back, so I let him. Showed a bit of deft touch, mixing the soft hitting a few notes with the hard. Started singing along with himself and I picked up "Baa Baa", so I joined in.
Got told to sit down and we played Baa Baa black sheep together while he hammered the high keys, took off to drag Dad in to watch. It was good.
Kid is stubborn, likes hitting things and loves music.
Billy Joel was a boxer before becoming famous as a musician, yeah?

Sounds like he has a natural interest - it should be encouraged. You'll know he's really going to make a serious run at it when he puts a cat on the keyboard for fun when no-one's looking. |

I don't have any cats unless you count the dim sims in the freezer.
If i walk in the back room and find him and the dog (American Bulldog) playing chopsticks together on the piano, I'm just grabbing a bottle of Absinthe and walking out.

Hehehehe Make sure u take a photo first!
Junior and I went halvies in a SUP and it arrived today! Just took it for a spin down the beach, really good fun, stood up first time! It’s like doing permanent squats though!
