the scary thing is that all the 22 that played today are on our list. hate to imagine what they are going to be like in 5-10 years time, when they have to step up to afl level

Rocca looks finished as a footballer if he can't improve on today.

Blair looks good as did MacAffer until he was injured. Thank goodness he is ok though.

Wood is good at times but lacks intensity at hit outs and clearance situations. He needs to fire up more to play at the level required for AFL.

Barham has pace but is a terrible kick. Must have cost about 3 goals with turnovers.

As for Corrie, who cares, he was just a throwaway so no point bagging him.

Beams was ordinary today.

Stanley gets plenty of it but will be delisted at the end of the year as he just lacks awareness to dispose of the ball in time. Too often he is caught in possession and has been every time I saw him play in the seniors.

Glad that Medhurst had a hit out. He looks like he might need another week in the VFL to gain match fitness.

Goldsack was not too bad. If he keeps improving, he could get back in the seniors.

Overall, the side lacked intensity and focus. The kick outs were disgraceful. The lack of thought and lack of options were appalling. And listening to Rowdy's three quarter time address, the players clearly didn't do as instructed.

Overall, I see one or two VFL games a year. We are a better side than in previous years but still lack a good forward structure.

Going forward, Dawes needs to step it up a bit if he wants to get back in.
