3 Shaw - his rebounds and run through the middle of the ground was absolutely essential to the win.

2 Cloke - stepped it up when the pressure was on to kick two goals, and influence the game with inside 50 tackles and contested marks.

1 Toovey - when he went off to get his nose fixed up, was when the Bombers gained their momentum, and got within two points. Toovey was the difference in turning our defence back on.

Harry, Pendles, Davis, Jolly, Wellingham are all close imo.

2 - Jolly .. Week off helped but he got us going and never stopped.
1 - Cloke ... The big guy was great and got us home.

Huge mentions for Heater, Leon, Tooves, Reid, Wellers, Ball, Daisy.

Great game. Great team effort. We were not going to be denied today.

3. Pendles - dominance and class around the contest or in space
2. Trav - looking awesome; athleticism, physicality and natural footy smarts (yes, you heard the latter right)
1. Bally - big occasion stoppage work and gut running is unrivalled

Jolls (voteworthy dominance, especially in the second half from memory), Leon (very strong one-on-one with skilled distribution - will keep improving down back), Shawy (gun), Tooves (super defensive player and one-on-one specialist), and Taz (gaining confidence by the week), among others.

Agree 99% although I thought Wellingham was pretty good as well. Unfortunately can only give 3 votes! So mine are the same as yours.

3. Pendles
2. Shaw
1 Toovey

3. Pendlebury - another lazy game!

2. Davis - magnificent game today

1. Cloke - superb big man effort

Apologies to Toovey (by far our most reliable defender now, a real star) and Luke Ball.

Actually given that the ANZAC Medal is supposed to be for courage as well, Bally was my ANZAC Medalist.

Pendles was brillant but the backline saved us today. When it matter particularly Toovey, loved watching him today, especially his hardness. But Ball and Pendlebury definitly our best in the middle.
