was staggered by the stat and hadnt watched the game.
After watching the game, some of those kicks were absolutely elite.
Was an early critic this year but have said a few times how wrong I was.
These stats though should have the rest of the boys taking note.
Deserved a bump. Him and Beams the 2 players in career best form at the moment.
Didak would be proud !!! _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

The Fas was very good and he with Krak can change the forward dynamics. Fas is a very good kick for goal (but I think Dids is still the best set shot but happy for either to kick the big one after the Siren)
He does give a a small marking option and can sniff out a goal.
Krak just makes the defenders want to spoil with caution. This puts more pressure on the tall defenders and gives our talls a bit more opportunity.
Whilst Sinkers, Elliot and Blair and even Goldie chase and harrass, tackle etc they do not sniff out a goal like Krak and to a lesser extent FAS.
I think that Krak will assist the Talls in the finals and may even be able to teach Sinkers and Elliot to sniff out goals ( next year).
He could be the stand out of the finals because he can play
We do however need some pace in the forward 50 because the FAS can run up and down on one spot (mainly when chasing defenders) Krak and Dids are not fast so I think Sinkers needs to come in _________________ Bucks you just reckon he can still cut it in the middle |

Just checked his height, he's 181cm, same as Ben Sinclair.
Kid does play tall. In that aspect he reminds me of Swanny. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

So how do you define effective disposal?
Watched the replay and Fas had a long kick down the line to a contest which was marked by an Essendon player.
Is this effective because it was a long kick and the Essendon player out marked the Collingwood player or is the 100% stat just wrong? |

I'd say if it was on target it's considered effective. Perhaps being outmarked wasn't his fault? Just guessing, I'd have to watch it again _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

No argument from me, Dave. An excellent game, and not his first good 'un lately. Fas is a weapon.
Excellent post from The Average Tourist. I agree about our need for pace and fanatic tackling pressure up forward. We absolutely must have one of Goldsack and Sinclair playing. I'd prefer both. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |
