I've been lucky, I've seen one as a kid and as an adult. Different feelings for both. |

I was 23yo when we won in 1990, so it will always be a special win in my heart after all the losses I endured when younger.
2010 is a different feeling, because I didn't watch the game until a month later thanks to the drawn GF. I couldn't find anywhere to watch the replay win when in Liverpool UK. Only score updates on NicksBB. |

I was only 6 years old, I have watched this game so many times since then as this was the first premiership I got to see Collingwood win. At half time I played a bit of football in the backyard.
Great day.
It was until visitors showed up and we had to take em home after, but still have fond memories of the day and the game. _________________ Ðavâgé

Watching this I was struck by how good the commentating was compared to todays shithouse efforts. No "delicious", no "I wish he would tackle me", no inside jokes and no comments about tradesmen and measuring distances.
Notice how shit the ground condition was?
How few tackles
The poor disposal into the forward line.
Head high contact and late hits far more acceptable
Most of all I remember my hangover the next day!!! _________________ Carlscum 120 years being cheating scum |

I was 27, so I'd endured 70, 77, 79, 80 & 81 (I was too young to remember 64 & 66, so they dont count).
What a wonderful day that was. _________________ I hold a cup of wisdom, but there is nothing within. |

Anybody noticed those alternate camera angles inserted into some sequences? Where the hell can we obtain the complete collection of these? _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |
