Thought id get in early, just so disappointed with that total non effort tonight, just an absolute disgrace of our club. Scum fans would have every right to a " Laugh at Pies " thread, on that pathetic effort.
Look, I don't think any of us thought we would win the flag this season, too many long term injuries, an unsettled team, lot of young kids. But for gods sake, I thought we would at least make say, top six, maybe win a final or two, and go out with some grace and dignity. Hawks, cats and swans are the teams to beat anyway. But, after this utter disgrace, im not even sure we can make the eight, and do we deserve too on THAT crap tonight ??

Ive followed the Pies for over fifty years, and that is one of the worst losses I have ever seen by us, at a critical time of the season, just so bad. Yes, the umps did us no favours, but credit to the suns,they wanted it more all night, we did not, and now top four is totally gone. How they could just throw it away like that, put in such a pea hearted effort, is just mind numbing and totally inexcuseable.

I reckon big changes are warranted for next season, big changes right thru the Club. Tonight was Bucks first real failure as coach I reckon, his inability to tag a rampant ablett was inexcuseable, and he was basically out coached all night. He has one season to run, and then we can and must make the call on him, he was very ordinary tonight. His assistants should all go, Lappin must go, likewise Hart, and Harvey, well, I just don't know.

Its also time for a big, big shake up at Board level. Eddie, thanks mate, you've been great, but time is up pal, the job is not yours for life, and we need a new President and a new broom. High time most of the board moved on, the club needs an injection of new talent at board level. On the playing side, I think quite a few delistings are in order, not just the retirements, we have the money, now is the time to go after some big fish, and trade up for some players with guts and heart and who know how to play pressure footy. We should take a leaf out of the cats book, they recruit the right type of guys, buggers who pressure and never, ever stop, we have a few pea hearts in this team, they were on show tonight, but I wont name names, others can do that.

Im so angry and upset, I don't think I will bother with next week, whats the point, smash GWS, then what, how the hell can we beat the dawks, cats and peptides playing garbage like that tonight.?

OUR worst home and away loss in 25 years, easily, and there must be hell to pay for it. Heads must roll, and no excuses. Im as mad as hell, as im sure many of you are too, this crap we served up tonight is just unacceptable, and cannot be tolerated.

Playing lots of kids so the up and down performances this year are not surprising. Brought in Keefe and Mooney to add to the sub 30 games plays in the team.

We have already played 39 players this year.

Have not been able to settle the side.

Face the facts, we are about the 6th best side. Our talented players have got us the wins whilst we have been playing kids.

Realistically side is being developed for a shot at the 2015 flag.

In all seriousness though, this season is basically a write off now, it's pretty much impossible to make the top 4, and teams don't win the flag from outside the top 4. There's a couple of kids that we may want to blood (without tanking) to get ready for next year.

Also, possible trade options should be looked at too. I'd be sniffing around GWS' #1 pick. If we sign up Daisy I think we should be looking at what we can get for Sidebottom, the kid's talented, but I think we can afford to lose him.
