This is it Folks, its time to show the old man and his Daisy boy what they are missing!



Got an urgent top secret call on the bat phone on sunday night, seems Tannin got a call from Vice Admiral Ray Griggs, (though after seeing the training photos this week, I think it might have been Detective Martin Riggs ). It seems the Admiral is a tad concerned about how long ASADA and WADA are taking to find flight MH370 (aka "Mr Hirds 370 drugs").

So, being captain of vice and all, would I be able to field a team for him? So Dave the man you get your wish, a Collingwood woman's team!!

now there was a slight hitch, not quite enough gals to fill the field, therefore I had to find some guys in touch with their feminine side!!

As we speak a Chinook is winging its way East with 4 very special members who have had to give up their spots on the search mission. (ah yeah, sorry Stui & Rudeboy, I have an official apology from the Admiral re the "you guys make good ballast" comments from the sappers, that was a little harsh, but maybe knock off the MaiTai's for a while).

Err,oh yeah, they are having a stop over in Perth, they need to wait for David to finish his swim with the sharks which was kindly donated by the chopper crew, in return for the 6000 page essay they got in reply to the question "how's it goin, Mate?". (David they would have given you a parachute before you, um, jumped, if you'd left out the bit about the government wasting money on new fighter jets)

Now we have some lovely Ladies in the forward line, and David. David is there to reassure the forwards that hitting the post is fine, its only a game.

The Captain just had to be Morrigu, because I just could not see myself giving the lovely lady orders!! (ok call me chicken).

Rudeboy earned his place when I discovered his passion for all things Daisy. (though if you follow them all through old chap, we will have some serious time on for the blood rule)

ive got my netball Pal backing me up, thankyou Dark beanie, and well, Proud Pies and Bertha will scare the crap out of everybody, so they were a shoe in for the main defence. Kingswood rounds out the defence, because he spends more time in the chicks channel than any chick ever did.

Stui heads up the Ruck, he is there to back up the young blood, the might jelly wrestler, Luvdids, (Stui I said back up not......eww, jelly rash). And Lynch is there because quite frankly, he deserves 1 more game.

First off the Bench we have Mandy, aka Gemma, in the Nick Maxwell loose man roll (or should that be loose woman role, errr, um, maybe not)

The Caff role of tagger naturally goes to Annodam, Hey she gives everyone the shits these days!! (just kidding Mads, I still luv ya)

The weed is to bring his stash, and WinPies doubles as Cheer leader.

LOL. I can't believe Miss Troll got a run! She can actually kick a footy (well, as far as I can, which isn't saying much), but I would have thought she'd need to turn up to training a little more regularly (2 posts in 2 years is pretty woeful).

But I'm happy to turn up in my netball skirt and show the girls how it's done. Onward, sisters!

By the way, Brown26, the reason you didn't get a game - I mean apart from Carlton being a lot of sooks who any girly side could beat, and also apart from me being suspended by the Coaches Association for Drinking under the influence of Alcohol and I nearly forgot to mention Sheep Abuse (sorry about that, I honestly thought it was SZ's sister - they are pretty hard to tell apart ....

Yeah, apart from all those things, and also apart from Think Positive being the coach this week and me not having anything to do with selection or any other thing especially not the drugs, the reason you didn't get a game, Brown 26, is because of the way you looked when you eventually turned up at training this morning.



As for you, Stupied, at least you did a good job of giving Brown26 something to lean on - which he needed - and also someone to vomit on (which you probably didn't need).

I'm more than happy to be surrounded by the lovely ladies and do my stuff in support, it's a damn good team. That centre line is going to give Carlton nightmares for months to come. I just have one request.

Can Bertha please shower in the umpires rooms after the game. Or the car park. Or anywhere except the change rooms.
