Isn't Stevo quite young?
Naturally he'd be expected to grow up.
How about growing up yourselves and stop expecting young people to be perfect?
I thought the age of entitlement was over |

Don’t be naive, K - it’s just a head and torso shot. He plainly isn’t running, so for all we know, both calves and knees might be being iced. |

Also, giving a thumbs-up sign is a clear sign of contempt for all morally outraged Collingwood members who pay their hard-earned money to the club. It should be a thumbs-down gesture to signify his shame and 24/7 misery. Bet he doesn’t even chastise himself with a whip every night before bed! _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Okay, but he is holding something in his left hand. What is it?
And is that a new or old tatt on his left wrist? |

I have long proclaimed to my kids, the only good thing that ever comes from social media is the odd holiday snap to friends and family, reminding them all is well while they’re away.
Now it appears, I can’t even use that analogy as a positive.
We live in interesting times. |

Wow, Nick’s BB’s swear filter is doing a good job of catching profanities! _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

But all of these platforms let you set them to private mode, right? Why does anyone have to over-share with the whole world? |

You'd better ask the entire human population between the ages of 15 and 30 that, K. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

K, you and I both get it but in their world, they just don’t see it that way.
It’s the “ look at me “ and the “ how many likes “ generation.
Sometimes we need to move on from proclaiming what we would do and just accept that they do things differently, whether we like it or not.

What's wrong with the old fashioned bed of nails or hair shirt (or both)? These blokes get it too easy. |

We’ve tried the “ignore them” chin up tactics. People are assholes towards Collingwood supporters. And you know what? Every year one of our players gives these assholes more ammunition. My kid is hanging tough, but geez, he’s not enjoying footy because of the crap we always endure. At school. At work. On tv. |
All kids get teased at one point.
I got bashed by a Yr 6 Carlton kid back in ‘79 because we nearly won the GF.
It was like that growing up in Footscray in the 70s & 80s.
My kids are lucky at school 80% of them all go for Collingwood, so they’re all miserable together. _________________ WE WERE ROBBED, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MEEE!
