More than the romance of Nick Daicos having it? |
I think Nick Daicos should get #1 because he will cost us our first round draft pick under father son and when he comes into the senior team, he will be the first guy picked each week. |
Yes, we may need to brace ourselves for how much he'll cost. I don't think there's any way to hide him out of sight. |

Tough one.
Neither Brown boys are in 26, but Moore is in 30.
If you're predicting us to get the Nick Daicos with a first round pick, then he'll get to wear it in his first year and we can go from there I suppose. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

It'd certainly be a clean, almost elegant, way to make the switch. Darcy wanted the 30; Cal didn't want the 26. A switch would depend on whether Nick's thinking is more Darcy or more Cal.
I don't think we have a choice but to ensure we get Nick. The risks of not taking him are too severe to contemplate. It's claimed that Gary Ablett Jr. was not definitely worth picking, but Geelong had no choice, because they knew what the reaction from their fans would be if they passed over him. It's hard to imagine now we know how he turned out. Of course, it'd be nicer if Nick comes cheaper. However, it seems it's long been the rumour that he's more promising than his elder brother. |

One of Eddies more stupid ideas, up there with the millennium game. |
I reckon you're in the minority.I think it's a great idea building a tradition that show's respect to our past champions. It looks like it was MM's idea and he is one of the great traditionalists of the game. Well done I say. |

I would say he is in the vast majority. Most people think it a stupid idea. _________________ kill for collingwood! |

Think the mistake happened when the club put up photos of the new players on its web site. Another section of the website has the new numbers up - Stephenson is 35, Appleby has 31 and McLarty drops down to 23. |

I'm another that thinks it's a stupid idea and seem to have no difficulty in finding others of the same opinion. |
