| It was great to see Beams scream back into Brownlow contention with a run of cheap possessions after the heat went out of the game. For the record, he'd had 5 kicks for the match just before the Bears kicked their first goal, well into the third quarter. Hope he has a great night and gets 5 kicks in nearly three quarters again next week. |

Fagan says "The bubble probably burst a little bit today". 
Just another stat. Dustin Martin kicked 3 times as many goals as Brisbane. Which raises the question whether you'd trade the entire Brisbane line-up three times over to get Martin. The answer? Probably, yes.  |
