After the anal probing by the umps in the first qtr it was all Carringbush. We held them goalless for the entire 2nd half.
I'm trying to form an understanding of what we are trying to do during the coarse of a game. We clearly seem to start slowly, work our way into it to then finish over the top. If this was the plan then it is a good one, as long as we don't get blown away early. Time will tell how we finish the season off but I like this winning feeling. We are 6-4 and I will take that every day.
The game was frustrating at times and I still think we need to quicken up the team a bit more but you can't argue with a Big W, we did look better as the Dogs got tired. The Dogs are in all sorts of strife, they totally ran out of gas which is unusual for them but not so much this season. They are not a measuring stick and we knew that which was why the first qtr and a half was hard to watch.
In the Top 8 for 1 night at least, tick the box...who's next week?

| We showed a lot of maturity winning like that after playing such a poor first half.Very pleasing in the end.But what happened to Reid?I didn't see him in the last quarter.I hope he didn't get injured again. |

Great win, against all odds, umps and dogs home ground. !! TA really lifted, as did Cox, Grundy you star, treloar great game, as usual, Thomas and many others lifted bigtime. Oh, and you Mayne knockers owe that lad an apology, he is improving week by week. ! Four more points banked, on we go !!!!!
