If Cox is suspended, as I expect, McLarty gets his gig this week.

Will have at least one forced change with Varcoe out. And I think they'll give Cox a week.

Wells will come straight back in. Lock that in.

McLarty could get his chance. Would love to see Sier get his chance too. C Brown and Murray the other ones to watch in the VFL today.

Can't see how Cox gets suspended if Buddy gets away with smashing a blokes face in with his elbow Confused

With Cox free to play, let’s ruck him against Sandilands and see how Fyffe goes trying to use his size to charge through Grundy at the centre bounces. Brodie is faster than Greenwood and a better clearance player. That leaves us room to bring in another creative player.

I can't see us having a really big win, because as we saw last night,we don't play four quarters and we struggle to put teams away early.A 30-40 point win is more likely, you would think.

This team is now starting to play together in a new way: the co-ordination and accuracy of defensive positioning on the field is just massively transformed from last year, as is the electrifying ball movement that we are now frequently witnessing. A large part of this is due to how magnificently young guys like: Phillips, WHE, Crisp, De Goey, Schazz and also JT, are stepping up. This makes the injury of Aisch all the more bitter, given that he was also showing the same signs. It is also related to the incredible form of Brodie Grundy. But there is no doubt that there is something at a team level as well as individuals' improvement. We are anticipating our own and the opposition's ball movement much better. We are more willing to play aggressively through the corridor, and get at numbers to the contest more frequently.
It is terrific that Mason Cox can play next week. His contribution I believe is being underestimated by many. When the ball is kicked high into our F50 near him, there is a guaranteed contest. Given a fair run by the umpires, he will be able to mark more of these than currently, but even just getting a chaos ball to ground level gives us plenty of opportunities. As the final quarter of last night's game showed, Cox has the ability to take marks and will remain a major threat to any opposition defence. I think the AFL has felt the heat regarding the atrocious and unjust umpiring decisions against Cox in this game, and there might well be a change going forward.
It was a fantastic win last night, and this should be acknowledged with minimal changes.
Varcoe out injured, and Wells in would be the only change.

So Cox is ok to play. You cant tell with the MRO these days. Both McLarty and Sier didnt play the second half of the VFL today, so... Question Question Question

But only one forced change with Varcoe out.

Maynard a chance also if he's fit to resume.

Sier and McLarty sat out the second half of the VFL today going by the MagpieBat report.

Injury or just bodies being managed?

cox might not be suspended but he still may not play. Any mention on his knee and why he went to the rooms.
If he doesn't come up perhaps Mikocek will come in as he spent some time forward in the vfl with 2 goals.
