Black or white shorts what’s more successful

Has anyone know of any stats on Collingwood black or white shorts like which colour short is more successful I think both 😎1990 and 2010😎 premierships were won both by the black shorts I knew we should have worn black last year I feel Friday qualifying final should be black also white we don’t play as well

It’s my thoughts going back to being a kid at footy all the adults (circa 1953) preference was black

We were gob smacked at 1953 finals when we lost the toss and wore white

But the Cats ran out in dark navy in leiu of Black——-with little nicks on the seams yet

Some of our greatest wins in finals have been in white. Think port Adelaide ND Richmond last year

Depends on how we want to look at it ;as far as I can tell since 1990 we have only lost one grand final wearing white; that was in 2018; all the others 2002, 2003, 2011 were in black.
So... since 1990 we have won two in black and won none in white......


Our general win loss ratio on Brisbane and West Coast probably has more to do with it.

What club would we have the best chance at beating in a grand final?

I thought we had an arrangement with Geelong that they would always wear white shorts when playing us to avoid a clash, or have they reneged because of the home ground thing?

That might be a tough game; we have never won a grand final against any team outside of Victoria.

I find travelling sides tend to play better because the home ground pressure is too much for them.

The crowd and expectations etc....we haven't had an "mcg fortress" since the early 2000's
