Yep and if the Crows had their time again, I reckon they would have handled their press conference a bit differently too.

I think the lesson from all this, is that it doesn’t take much to destabilise a footy club. Elite sports clubs are like finely tuned instruments and the better you look after all the pieces, the better it will perform overall.

I tend to agree with you. I have been wondering in particular what the return of Nick Maxwell to the fold has meant for our team. This is a man who knows all about "winning culture" and how to produce and lead it!!
