Nope; so well done to the lads for winning 10 of the last 12 games.
Realistically, we are 2nd due to other sides doing us favours, i.e Tigers defeating swans, who will eventually finish 2nd anyway, Dogs falling over the line against the Cats, and the Cows digging deep to roll the Weasels.
So enjoy it while it lasts, because the reality checks are coming hard and fast each and every week, right up until round 23.
In that windows we have only 1-2 games against teams currently outside the eight. Can't see us holding onto 4th spot, let alone 2nd.
But keep winning, and who knows.

No. I thought it would be tough to just get into the eight.
It's an excellent effort to have won 10 of our last 12. The real challenge is now coming within the next few weeks.

we are fourth right now!!! what are you talking about. To claim we are a second rather than a fourth place team because our opponents missed three goals they should have kicked is ridiculous.
Richmond are the clear number 1.
We are in a group of 4 right behind them and another 4 are right behind them. It really is a wide open season. I'd keep an eye on Port. They are starting to look ominous to me and they have the talent and the depth to make a deep run.

yep, equal 2-5th place! you got it. That is helpful to highlight the point.
I really hope no one here thinks differently about us because we are 1% above Sydney and in second place instead of fourth place at the end of round 15! This is where percentage matters if it creates such an illusion......
