This kid just keeps getting better with every game....

Everyone hammered Hine when we drafted Sier...

Now once again Hine looks like a genius.

Really happy with this guy. Was very solid tonight. Interesting that second-year players like Brown and Daicos still feel like development players (nothing wrong with that, mind you), while 2018 debutants like Sier, Mihocek and Stephenson look like they’ve all played 100 games already.

Mihocek has been playing against men at a pretty high level for some time now, so his body is mature, and he reads the ball really well. Sier is just a bull. Cant wait until he's played about 50 games. And Stephenson is just one out of the box - beyond what any of us could have hoped for.

Brown and Daicos time will come after a couple more pre-seasons.

He is certainly getting better with every game. Once he actually gets fit he will become an unstoppable force.

27 disposals, 5 tackles, 9 I50 and of course his first goal. Top all round game. Just love how he manages to get his arms free even when tackled.

Rising star nomination?

Sier is a beast. I've underestimated his potential.

Excellent game from him last night.
One of those footballers a nervous fan like me can fell assured about when he has the ball. I love those types.

He's better than Cripps.

Sort of hoping he doesn't get one this year - I think he would be eligible next year and leaves Stephenson to win this year and Sier the next

Great game last night. Thoroughly deserving of a Rising Star nod.

Gonna be a player for sure. Well done to Brayden and the club.

If he can find a bit more pace (even though his bulking frame allows him to shrug off opponents like Trump shrugs off fake news) he will be a star.

He's almost a bit Pendlebury-like, seems to have more time than he should have and gets to the long option easily (the tricky over-the-top handball or long one-step kick)

Tru dat. And Buckley was right when he said he keeps his eyes up and looks ahead, enabling him to move the ball forward to a target. He is exactly the type of midfielder we have been crying out for - a beast, with class.

Of all current Collingwood players, Sier is the most likely future Brownlow medalists.

Gonna be hard to budge him from or best 22.
I think if they tried to he'd stay put and say, "you try move me"
