With the difficult windy conditions it's unlikely we'll see any standout performances today though McLarty is impressing enough pitted against an AFL level quality ruck opponent.
Fasolo looks a little sharper than Elliott.

Elliott is used to playing in front of 70K and sitting on oponnets’ heads or snagging bags of goals from all angles. I can understand why he might be a bit flat playing VFL out Avalon way on a cold and windy Melb winter Sunday.
Maybe he knows that if he just gets through the next 45 mins he’s playing seniors next week, and doesn’t want to tempt fate by going too hard in the cold.

Have been working on it the last few days.
Will post later tonight, probably. Have been holding back until we actually notch up the ninth win that gets us in...
