Crisp, 5
Langdon, 4
WHE, Varcoe and Maynard, 2
Cox, Thomas, Mayne, Sier, Grundy, Adams, Dunn and Schranberg all on 1.

Not clear cut as I didn't count posts which were fairly vague on what their choice was

By that logic the one vote players are the most underrated (Maynard has two so he is streaking ahead in the 'being rated' category)

Ideally, we'd vote for the most overrated player and the player with the least votes would be judged the most underrated player.

Yep, that makes sense.
