He may as well have laid that tackle in the seniors (may or not have been injured 99 other times out of 100) so we could use his value for a MEANINGFUL game. |

Not good news
But just as Elliot was walking off Fasolo took a strong grab and kiicked one from outside 50 ( against the wind ) with his right foot weapon.
Me and a mate were debating who is better, Faz or Jamie?
some points we came up with
Jamie Elliot
- Slighlty More X Factor
- Quicker acceleration
- Goal scoring ability probaly even with Faz
Fasolo
- Slightly better marking ability
- Longer kick ( able to kick 60 )
- Better link up play and passing abilty ( master of low stab pass )
- Better tackler
- Has played Half-Back and midfield before _________________ Gavin Brown.. Collingwood lifting..Right on the boundary line, back to Milane likewise... DAICOS nearly runs out of room........ GOAL |

Your Elliott vs Fasolo comparison is rubbish. Elliott’s link up play is superior, his marking superior. _________________ Est. 2002 |

Elliot showed nothing.
He looked spent right from the 1st qaurter.
Would be pointless bringing him back this year, maybe finished all together I reckon. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Elliott looked out of puff all day. Regardless of any injury he may or may not have got today, he looked nowhere near ready for an AFL return to me. |

Agree with Skids and Rudey
Jaimie looks a fair way off it.
Fas was lively and could be a chance to come in soon, same with Aish.
If only Crocker could do what he does at VFL level at AFL level |

OK, fair enough. I just want to see him on the park at least one more time. Swan just disappeared (6 months of pre season, round 1, gone forever). Felt like he just vanished and we moved on.
Elliott is too good to not grace the MCG sat least one more time.
I’m just frustrated. _________________ Est. 2002 |

It is time we really started to test of Eliott and Reid and Wells are going to have a future?. Only way we will know is by them playing VFL.if they can't get through not point sending them to the big time. _________________ "To know nothing of events before your birth, is to forever remain a child" - Cicero (Roman Lawyer/Senator) 46 BCE.

I hear ya mate- we all do.
Always try and look at the positives- but Jamie looked slow and disinterested for the majority.
Hopefully its just a knock and he can play a part in the next few weeks.
I get the feeling he's the type of player who would actually play better at a higher level if given the chance, if that makes sense |

You and me both RH. At his best, he's one of our top 3 players, but I fear we may never see him play like that again. Jeez I hope I'm wrong. |

What would be the point of this? We need to know if they are capable of running out an AFL game. If they can't complete a VFL game, then that's not very likely.
Ignoring the injury, Elliott didn't look close to AFL ready today anyway. Fas and Aish more likely. _________________ Well done boys! |

We lose one or two players every week at senior level, may as well be Jamie, I mean at least we’d be able to remember that he still exists. _________________ Est. 2002 |
