Crisp, Maynard and Langdon have all been mainstays in our defence this season.
Madgen, Murphy and Oxley likewise at VFL level.
Our midfield and forward lines remain strong.

| With so much on the line for both teams this could be a nasty affair with the risk of further injuries and reports. Hope the Pies' youngsters keep on guard for the unexpected thumping, and keep their cool if they don't. Mindless retaliation could mean weeks out. If they stick to what they have been doing well they should achieve a solid win. |
