We get this lovely little 'salary sacrifice' thing when leasing a car through work.
We have the 3 little granddys now and a 7 seater is pretty much a must have for GD Skids now. Did some test driving today. Kelly doesn't really care ( ). Drove both but said the CX-9 felt better to drive as it's not as large as the Kluger.
I'm sort of more the Kluger, but undecided.
Any input is appreciated of course. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Will know this tomorrow. The fleet managers are working that out now.
Mazda is smaller, but still a good size. Toyota, like most of their models, are squarer but more 'practical' IMO. Bigger motor, more to run.... tough. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Whatever you choose; make sure it does’ not have Yokohama Geolandar tyres on it, 30% wear and they fall apart. _________________ Pi = Infinite = Collingwood = Always

Cheers Pi. I've found Kumho Solus to be a good bang for buck tyre. They (CX-9) are fitted with Bridgestone duelers, which I hear are a good tyre.
The better optioned CX-9 GT is a bit cheaper than the 'Black Edition' Kluger.
Watched a few youtube reviews comparing both and the general view on those is the CX-9 is the go. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

I haven't voted as I know nothing about either and aren't likely to be in a position where I need to be scoping out people movers.
I will say that Kumho tyres are very good, I had them on the XR6, low profile 20 inch ones, stuck to the road in all weather like baby shit to a blanket _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Picked up the Mazda CX-9 GT, in Machine Grey.
What a lovely car! Too many bells 'n whistles for this old plumber to work out.
You could (Of course I wouldn't) drive this car home pissed and blindfolded!
Jump in, press the voice thingo and say "Take me home" the sat nav thing puts in your address (already loaded) and off you go, can't drift out of your lane, car puts itself straight, can't smash into anything, car brakes if you don't... it's fckn nuts.
Happy wife, happy life, i go back bush Thursday _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |
