Also, we did not beat Richmond last year. You're thinking of that game nearly three seasons back... |
Yeah, you're right, it wasn't last year.. I wasn't sure of that when I wrote it. I didn't agree with Crocker being ahead of him. That's the whole point. In my opinion, we should have played him rather than Crocker, and I am still to this day absolutely astonished that we didnt. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Fas is terrifically entertaining both on and off the field. Yes, his fitness is not what others enjoy and he has relied upon his talent more than graft at times. It is a shame that he hasn't produced more for the Pies. I wish him well when he departs, wherever that may be to. _________________ One team, one dream - the Pies and this year's premiership |

Unfortunately Alex has always been a tease footballer. Capable of great overhead matching and freakish goal kicking talent (hello Richmond 6 goal effort) but also afflicted by horrible inaccuracy at “clutch times” and yearly injuries that prevent him being at his optimum.
The sample size of 8 years is more than enough to realise that he’ll never play 22 games in a year and thus kick his 40+ nor shall his historical lack of defensive skills ever improve. Combined with our newly revamped forward setup, he is best served to move on.
Hopefully the Eagles, Dockers and Carlton get into a bidding war “contract wise” thus pushing his compo draft pick up to its highest level. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Good idea, if you can attract the money go for it son.
(I never really wanted him. He was drafted a couple of years after we brought in Beams and Sidey, I expected some magic but all I saw was kek) |

That's all Bucks really can say right now. Unless he does a Beverdige and announces when a player is out-of-favour thus crushing their trade value |

^ Why pick on Bevo? Why not, say, a Blight, of "pathetic ruckman" fame ... magically turning the pathetic guy into a premiership player? |

He has no (practical) trade value. He is an unrestricted free agent. To the extent he has any it is measured against the compo pick we would otherwise get. That doesn’t change based on what Bucks says. _________________ All We Can Be

^ Well, if we somehow convince a club to pay a fortune, then the compensation is better. |

Lol ... so Bucks saying he is a required player would make them pay more when he hasn’t been selected regularly and he is free to go wherever he wants? _________________ All We Can Be |

^ Well, that's his manager's job, but his manager's job is easier if his posturing isn't undermined by his client's current coach.
For the optimists, there's always the example of Mayne, you know. |
