I don’t think Steele can win from here, unfortunately. He’s five votes behind Mitchell now.

He'll just have to be content with a Norm Smith and another premiership medal.

In other news, P4S just stained his pants as Langdon got a brownlow vote. His butler is going to need sandpaper to get that out

Tracker predictor has Mitchell finishing on 35 votes now and winning
Sidey finishing on 22 or 23 votes

This is stuff nightmares are made of
But the other side of the coin Langdon now has as many Brownlow votes as Scharenberg and it only took him 5 times more games to get them !!

The future captain's second career vote.

First vote he ever received was in round 7 2014 v Carlton.

Yes and Nathan Buckley won it in 2003.

Sorry Sidey but 2nd is the better result for the team.

Congrats to Sidey well deserved after sensational season
Well done to Pendles and Grundy as well
Beams has another top 10 finish and didn't get votes in 2 games when he had 32 kicked 5 and then 38 and kicked 3 sometimes the umpires really have no feel for the game
Grundy's season has been so undervalued by the umpires its stunning at times they must not notice him
Maybe he needs to be around the contests more as a ruckman or midfielder to be noticed

Yes. One vote behind Tony Liberatore.

he kicked goals in the wet from the wing in the wet against Hawthorn at Waverley and the frigging scump gave top votes to the hawks ruck on a day when rucks did nothing. Liberatore was the second worse winner probly after Woewodin.

So great to see Steele finally getting the recognition he deserves. Mr consistent, plays many roles when needed. Lets hope he has another good one next week.

Congratulations,Sidey on finishing second.Great job.I feel that Mitchell only won because there were no Hawthorn players taking votes off him, while Pendlebury and Grundy and others took a lot of votes off Steele.
