Thats right. At the stoke of midnight, there'll be 100 more days to wait until we face Geelong in round 1, 2019.

They should make an advent calendar....

Not that I want to wish my life away, but 100 days will be gone in a flash.

Get excited Baz.

We're now 85 days away.

But we are also now 100 days from our round 3 game Vs West Coast.

75 days left.

AFLW will be here soon, then the AFL Pre Season and AFLX.

Then the AFL starts in mid March.

The rest are insignificant garbage, well the 2 pre season games I'll watch, but awfl & aflx, I wouldn't piss on 'em if they were on fire.

Tend to agree.

Christmas finished and I draw up my first supercoach team. Just a bit of a teaser to get me through to Boxing Day

When the test cricket's good, there's some interest in sport up until the end of the Sydney test.

Then it's a fortnight of grunties and just like golf, great to play but but watching it makes me want to dig my own eyes out.

Then it's back to supercoach and seeing what ideas everyone else came up with until the JLT starts. Watch some first year players and see who the next big thing will be.

Then, just as the weather starts to turn (a good thing for a big fatty like me) the real stuff starts.

Look.. Summer's kind nice. And there are lots of public holidays and evenings around the BBQ. But man I can't wait for round 1. And I know it will probably be shit. Remember round 1 against the Hawks last year? Or that debacle against Sydney? The Freo game where Tommy Langdon made his debut?

We are long overdue to smack someone in round 1. I took a look back and it was 2011 when we belted PA by 70 something points. Meanwhile, we've been mauled a couple of times ourselves. The Cats probably won't give us that big win though.

As of Monday the 21st of Jan, it'll be 60 days until we face Geelong.

We're 2 months away people!
