It won't remain 13th. Grundy will dominate under the new rules - which is just as well, since someone has to fill the gap created by playing Beams in the so-called "Greatest Midfield the AFL has ever seen".

Beams + JDG + Adams = Dragon Energy

Tom Phillips = Overground schoolboy

Thanks for revealing that you know F&%K all about Footy. It didnt take you that long. World Record.

the funny thing is a lot of fans dont know that Dayne Beams was injured in the Hawthorn final of 2011, and did not play against Geelong in the GF, I bet your one of them...

The same Dayne Beams who in 2010 kicked 4 goals on a night when Collingwood only managed a total of 6.

The same Dayne Beams who in 2012 went on to become the Clubs best and fairest. His name will remain in the golden border of the fancy hallway, forever.

Dayne Beams is back ( in his prime years ), and he has un-finished buisness...

I Dont Think So...

You don't think it'd be a huge problem if it remains 13th, or you don't think it'll remain 13th? The latter seems more believable.

No doubt Beams will make me eat my words with a 75-disposal, 12-goal Grand Final. I look forward to it.

So, if you were actually picking the Greatest AFL Midfield of All Time, would any of these players other than Pendlebury be a genuine chance to be picked?

Champion Data rates our list 7th overall and our midfield 4th.

I'm just seeking a little intelligent discussion. It's all very well to be completely one-eyed - but there's a premiership to be won on the actual MCG, rather than in our imaginations.
