More votes for Flip.

And P4S will be outraged that Treloar got 9 & Grundy only 6 rather than the other way round.

Hardly. The coaches see things from a particular perspective. Some weeks they do get it horribly wrong but this isn't one of those weeks. Treloar was excellent. I had him second-best on ground. This was one of the coaches' better efforts, really: they gave 6 Collingwood players votes and their 6 included all of my best 5, so I guess they were watching the game this week. Wink

Pendles will get the 10 from our game. Any of Treloar, Moore, Sidey, Grundy, Crisp, Phillips will draw the minors.

Westoff and or Boak may score a vote or 3.

Gawn could get the max in Melbourne's win.

Anyone's guess in the Giants game.

Zorko had a big game for Brisbane - 29 disposals and 11 tackles. Neale also had 29 disp. but was only 10th. in the Lions' AF points.

Bontempelli will get a minimum 7 votes you would think. Him and Naughton should really get 18 between them

Neale will probably get some votes, AF points maybe one thing but Neale brought a lot of his team mates to the table and Fagan will reward him for that.

Cripps had another big game but in a drubbing. Dumont (38 disp. and 5 tackles) was best for North.

Ablett and Duncan were best for Geelong.

Pendlebury's recent form has been awesome. So much talk about the 30 year old Boak having a great season, while Pendlebury at 31 is going even better.

Surprised to see Treloar get 4 votes here. He had a very good game but mostly after half time. I guess the second half still needed to be played, I second guess that the final three quarters were more difficult for us than the first, so a good performance later might be more important.

Still no votes for Beams.

The thing this year is that the load is being spread so we don’t rely on everyone having a blinder to win. Pendlebury is not carrying the injury he did all last year and it shows as he has returned to being a top line elite player. He is rivalling Grundy for our best player. Treloar was fantastic after half time.
