Hard to predict a winner from here. Pies have persisted, and have repeatedly sought to attack. The Blues have played equally well and, if they had kicked more efficiently in front of goal may well be ahead.
Pies to the left of your screen (Yarra Falls End) in the final quarter. If Lynch continues to excel in his clash with Lobbe, the Pies should just get home in a tight one.
If I could crystal ball for a moment, Sier, who was left out of today's game may be in the frame for Anzac Day and certainly Daicos, Reid, Goldsack and the brilliant Wells may play against Carlton in a fortnight

Lynch marks strongly on the half back line and finds Greenwood who has been solid. Wills up to 25 possessions but the Pies can't seem to penetrate as the forwards are drawn up the field. Reid drives inside 50 to find Ralph who feeds to Wells who hits Broomhead on the chest with surgical precision.

From the set shot, Broomy goals and the Pies lead by 5 points!!

The Pies are now dominating the centre bounces, but this time Carlton clear, but only as far as Greenwood who is heroic. Blues attack is ferocious but our boys are equal to the challenges. Eventually they work it clear for a behind and the margin closes to only 10 points.
