While I had hoped that Wills would get another chance, I am very happy that Beams returns. I also am happy with Varcoe being the replacement for Elliott to keep pressure levels high in F50.
As someone else commented, the emergencies are all of high quality, so if JT or JDG should not come up, we will have very capable replacements.
St Kilda play a high tackling pressure game, so we need our delivery to be high quality. Delivery into F50 will be of critical importance: if we get that right, St Kilda will struggle to stop us. In fact, any team in the competition will struggle to stop us when we get that right.

What’s the allotted time to pull a selected player out and put an emergency in
before a fine applies

From those emergencies it looks like Wells is most likely if JDG doesn't get up. We usually go like for like and he's the forward/mid of the group.

We were vulnerable last week without Adams and Beams.

If de Goey joins Elliott and Cox on the sidelines then this is a real danger game for us albeit no excuse given St Kilda will be without a handful of best 22 players also.

St Kilda seem to have rediscovered their brand of football that they displayed in recent seasons prior to 2018 and will expose us if our intensity levels wane for extended periods like last week.

No fine at all Baz, if his replacement comes from the nominated emergencies.
You get the odd occasion when players do injuries in the warm ups and as long as they are replaced by one of the emergencies, it’s all good.
( Mark Murphy last year comes to mind )

Thanks and I’m feeling JDG is 50/50

I'm ashamed to say I was on that band wagon - and for a time that seemed to be the case but there is now doubt he and the team have got it together this year. He's been a rock

I have watched every game (only on Fox though), and the role Moore has been playing has made Howe's game seem less effective.

I think Howe has been good without being brilliant.

Maybe he'll get a go up forward this week?

Inclusion of Roughead has to be factored in defence improvement

I contemplate a fit Scharenberg in the backline adding finness to Roughead’s solid defence and Moore athletic game

Howe would get third or fourth best forward

I doubt it. I think he's just been playing badly.

Yup. 50% of his legs are good. 50% are bad.
