The boy will cop a shitload of abuse when he returns from both supporters and players. Staying fit is a given, match fitness questionable but probable as he is allowed to train with the team. What he will really need is the mental resilience to cope with the mental side of things. Hard for a 19 yo but the help should be there. _________________ No one needs to get hurt, it's only business. |

^ Absolutely agree. His mental resilience is what I'm most concerned about.
If he can fully forgive himself for stuffing up, and his team mates can forgive him as well, then all put it firmly in the past before he come back to play, then it will help enormously. |
