I look forward to Collingwood caring about winning a football premiership, I assume it’s still a football club?

It's not the same people who are doing this. It's not the football department. It's not even the admin department (apart from a few who sit on both boards), so it doesn't have any effect on winning or losing premierships.

I don't know whether you folk are being deliberately obtuse or not. If you can fund a person's position for 1 day for $100, then the cost of funding that person's position for a year is $36,500 (or $36,600 in a leap year). I was pointing out the stupidity of the numbers being used in the marketing, not arguing about what people should be paid for their work.

Too late old son, that one went past the outside edge, between 1st slip and keeper and straight to the boundary for 4 byes. Razz Laughing Wink

What makes you think your point was being ignored?

There are other costs attached to the hiring of another employee apart from the person's salary. Things like the additional payroll tax, workcover premiums, super, leave loading, recruitment fees, etc.

I don't know how that can make up all the difference but B5's clearly talking about your point.

I suspected it's not the same person/position even if they are both called "caseworker", but maybe it's a typo, or "one day" really means 3 hours.

That wasn't actually my point, of course. Multiply $100 a day by 365 and tell me how it costs $100,000 a year.

I understand George Colombaris was a consultant.
