Love the list, the players I have seperated above I think would be in any teams first 23 (18 players in total), in 2024 we need a few of those listed in the OP aged between 18 - 27 to really stand up and demand selection for us to go back to back or better.

I see the Club is in the throes of updating recent weigh-ins or they've responded to Big Brothers edict at AFL House to not reveal player weights in the AFL Season Guide.

Jo, when taking photos this year, could you be sure to capture players good side.

As an update I see Pat Lipinski & the club are working on a contract extension
The club has already locked away DeGoey and the Daicos boys
The twenty to twenty seven age group one would hope is crucial to the end of the 2020 ,s

Midfielder Patrick Lipinski has put pen to paper signing a three-year contract extension which will see him remain a Magpie until at least the end of 2027.
Finlay Macrae and Darcy Cameron have both penned a one-year extension to remain at the Pies until the end of 2025 and 2026 respectively.

Congratulations to all three.
On the basis of this, I am sure Finn McCrae will be getting a call up for the seniors very soon.
Great to see the confidence our coaches are placing in Pat Lipinski, and in Darcy Cameron.

Sam Sonfridis has signed with the VFL Pies.
Missed out in the SSP after training with the Pies and a limited trial with Essendon.
Perhaps the club is thinking ahead in case Murphy decides to retire.
Anyway, he will be a great addition to the VFL team

^^^^Happy to hear this news. I don’t know why but I have a gut feeling that he can develop into a decent player with the experience gained in the VFL.

With Murph's retirement, our average age from Opening Round: 25.9 (oldest) just worsened. Shocked
