Just look at his career so far. First year as coach missed a GF by the smallest possible margin
Next year the ultimate prize.
That wasn’t done by sheer arse. It was achieved by well thought out coaching
I believe he has more flags to win. Our ones

10 years time to be the greatest and best coach the game has ever seen.
Got a heap more flags to win and its only early days in the AFL.
Best by mile and top man as well.
10 years time a statue gold one at the MCG.
Has to be.
i think he can win another 3 flags at Collingwood this decade.

I'd love you to be right.
Wasn't there talk at one stage of appointing Lethal as Collingwood coach for life?

Yep, 32 years, the Colliwobbles, the lost GF's, the heartaches, the ridicule.
He was the best thing to happen to Collingwood since sliced bread !
Mathews was given the Key... and eventually shown the door, lol.

If there is one thing that stands out in his time at Collingwood is the career of Jordan DeGoey showing its full potential & in this Craig’played a major role

I'm currently reading Luc Longley's book, running with the Bulls which is largely about the first season of their second 3 peat, when his airness returned.
The way he describes their coach, Phil Jackson, there's a lot of him in Fly. Very similar humans.
