Pies vs Bombers

Friday 23 September @ 3.10pm. Venue AIA Centre.

Entry is free (was originally gated but changed 2 weeks ago).

This game is one of 3 being played in the sports precinct on Friday as part of the Grand Final festival of footy. The other games are at Punt Rd - Dogs vs North @ 12.40pm and Swans vs Hawks @ 5.10pm.

Grand final parade is 10.00am to 12.30pm so parking will be a challenge, public transport might be the best bet.

Forecast 20 degrees and showers. No cover so bring the brolly.

Collingwood to easy beat Essendon by 27 points and lead at each and every quarter

Injury update:

Aish Sheridan sustained a knee injury on Sunday and expected to be sidelined for 2-4 weeks.

Pies win 28 to 17 in am ugly win at AIA first AFLW match
Was tight through out Pies got away in the final quarter
Thought Eliza James was Collingwood best player along with Molloy

Sheridan injury not as bad as first thought and be right the weekend after next
We play stkilda at Moorabbin oval next Saturday
May pop down there
Win that and we can play finals
Need to win as the next game is v freo in Perth
