I don't blame the "ADD generation". I blame the marketers who presume we all belong to one.

Kill this with fire.

Or failing that, on setting up a VFL video stream so we can all watch the good work of the recruiting scouts running around...

lol well said, clearly some at the club believe most Collingwood supporters have the attention span of a goldfish. that we need to be kept 'entertained' much like a rowdy five year old birthday party.

If they club seems to have all this spare cash to throw around on such frivolity as "Dance Troupe's" ...how about reducing membership costs?

OR hire an extra goal kicking coach!

Actually a BIG YES to that idea! As a minimum, an internet radio coverage.

Although that will do you out of an unpaid job on Nicks, MagpieBat!

Ditto.

Why does everything have to be an experience? Why can't the powers that be accept that supporters are there to watch the footy??

I'm off to Twitter to tell them they are twits.

Someone really should hit the marketing department at Collingwood up and just give them a little advice...... If you want to launch slap in the face, money draining marketing ploys on fans.....best not to do it when your sitting 18th on the ladder!!!!! ...the Club has far more pressing concerns then a bunch of dancers!!!

I can assure you that the AFL wouldn't sign off on a bunch of scantly glad women gyrating on the sidelines.

What is this the 80's?

No expect it to be be a bunch of scantly clad men and women dancing on a stage so both sexes can be ogled fairly.

I'll pass either way.

So we are employing 12 people for 17 games (guessing it's only for Victorian based games), what a complete and utter waste of money.

@CollingwoodFC: This year, a professional dance troupe of 6 males + 6 females will be enhancing the pre-game experience.

Bring back the twos I say.
