After a game at Vic Park we lingered over a lot of beers on 1st floor bar
Leaving the Social Club when our lift arrived Grahame was using key to get into his Falcon and after several unsuccessful attempts finally listened to his partner who for ten minutes tried to tell him it weren’t his Falcon |
Graeme Sheppard used to drink 6 VB cans the night before the game, Some idiot told him it was no good for his game so the bext week he had 6 icy poles instread. Had a shocker and got dropped and he never tried that again.
Ian MCMullin had a pretty fair debut as well from memory. His cousin is a friend of mine and used to go with me to the footy every week and he drove us mad every time he got the ball. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

Jaxson Barham had 28 disposals on debut against the Lions in 2009.
He only played six more games for the rest of his career, before being delisted at the end of 2010. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

And a Rising Star nomination. More like a soufflé, really.
Very sad. His Dad was one of my all-time favourites and I so wanted Jax to be a star. |
