| Ah, that's good - Quaynor, Scharenberg and Kelly are all listed in the squad. I don't mean it's good that they're in the seconds - I mean it's good that they're close to it after interrupted pre-seasons. |

That helps to explain where other players are at with their pre season.
My initial thoughts are that neither Kelly or Shaz are in the clubs primary plan for the season opener. Generally you like to get some synergy with your preferred starting line up in the final practice match.
Sier could be the exception because of his recent concussion. They may just want him to run all day in the seconds and get some miles in the legs.
Quaynor has just resumed full training, so Im guessing he’s still a few weeks away from peak fitness.
All in all, at least we start the season with some depth, if required. |

looking forward to this game.
impressed with last weeks effort.
Hope cal Brown and Daicos keep improving.
Really liked daicos long kicks last week.
first post in nearly 6 months i reckon.
I have nothing to whinge about,,,, so no posts!!!quite relaxed about this season ...although it is a given that the virus is going to play havoc with the 2020 season. |

Australia has 40 active cases. 40 out of more than 42,000 worldwide. The death rate is right up there with bee stings
The flu and air pollution killed 6,000 in Australia last year

A cloudy and cool day in Morwell but no rain so far with only a light shower expected if anything at all. Thankfully only light winds also so I'm expecting some good skills on display.
