| No old timers please. Build our team around youth. Even after Pendles, Sidey, Roughead and Howe, eventually hang up their boots over the next couple of years, we should still have enough experienced players in Crisp, Adams, Daicos, Moore, Maynard, WHE, and Mihocek, to mentor and lead our next generation of players. |

Go back and look at the opening thread. Was more of a reference to Off-field.

Still think we should pursue Luke Parker. He would be worth 4 extra wins per year and his Swans culture leadership would be a standout.
